Lameness diagnosis is a specialty at Kleider Veterinary Services. Fluorscopic bone scanning provides an on the spot TV type x-ray picture of this horse's leg.

The clinic's operating theater includes a hydraulic lift which efficiently moves the patient onto the operating table for surgery and to the padded recovery room.

State-of-the-art equipment includes this monitor and video camera used in arthroscopic surgery.

Dental care is vital to a horse's well being. Motorized dental equipment allows teeth to be floated more accurately than with conventional methods

Much of the work is done at the clinic but "Doc Nick" regularly visits farms from Abbotsford to Delta.

Patients include performance horses of all types and owners who want the best for their "partners". They expect innovation in treatment combined with an instinctive understanding of their horse.

The state-of-the-art clinic houses the office and inventory room; x-ray developing and scrub room; operating and recovery rooms; intensive care and stabling for clinic patients. A new area for minimally invasive surgery has stocks for standing laparoscopy. Lameness and pre-purchase examinations utilize non-slip paved surfaces and the indoor arena for jogging / longing and riding.

Kleider Veterinary Services Equine Clinic is located near historic Fort Langley, in the northern portion of British Columbia's "Horse Capital". Only seconds from the Trans-Canada Highway 1, this convenient location has easy access to all major thruways.

The lay out at Kleider Veterinary Services makes it easy for people bringing their horses to the clinic for examination. Roads and lanes provide ease of access for horse trailers and trucks. There is convenient parking and a quiet, peaceful farm atmosphere
